Public Libraries Learning2

Blogs are fasinating. They allow such a widespread contact with so many people. I have created a blog for my library which I hope will allow me to give information and valuable feeds for members and staff. It also allows other to see what is happening both at the library and in my home town Uralla. It is a record of events throughout the year and a chance for people to share photographs and special moments. It also allows contact with other libraries in our region, as we are very widespread and communication is important. It is also a sucessful way I can communicate with younger members of the community. I am looking forward to finding out more as the weeks progress. I think this learning program is a great idea, as I wouldn't have tried this on my own accord. I hope my library members will take this journey with me.

Uralla is Thunderbolt country

Uralla Library is located in the building at the far right of the picture, behind the Tourist Information Centre.
